Kudos to the four individuals who tried outdoor rock climbing for the first time. Three colleagues and another, came together for the beginner’s session. What was amazing was the encouragement each gave the other and the friendships that were formed during and after the ‘outdoor class’. Here’s a short video of the session which all four said was challenging enough yet fun. At ‘recess’, some were contemplating taking further training, rock climbing indoors and outdoors, to which the coach agreed is best to integrate both to improve one’s skill. Whatever the outcome – if first-timers continue with training or are happy to have tried and climb once in a blue moon, we say yay to having done it and double-yay to more sport activities towards healthier lifestyles!
