Learn ceramic art
From used styrofoam, broken tiles, broken porcelain plates and bowls to a real piece of art! Wanna learn how? Here’s your chance to learn ceramic art. And who better to learn from than Alice Chang-Guerra, known for her amazing artworks. The artist and owner of an art gallery will be conducting a 6-session workshop at her studio in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
Six Saturday sessions run from October 22 to November 26, 2022 at RM2,500 per person; all materials provided.

Beginner
A taste of rock climbing

This programme is suitable for beginners, adults and children, especially those who want to give either indoor or outdoor rock climbing a try, those a little fearful and those who tried but did not quite make a successful climb. Let the sifus calm your nerves and guide you to an amazing climbing experience.

The Damai Trilogy – 2-day Multipitch Climbing

Here’s your chance to polish your climbing resume and attain your badge of honour in multipitch climbing. Bag the top three multipitch climbs at Gua Damai – Good Onion, Redemption Song and Monsoon – and earn your bragging rights! This is a challenging yet thrilling experience for advanced climbers with Level 3 SNCS or the equivalent. Your experienced coach will guide and show you how to navigate the tricky sections along the three circuit routes.

SUP
Stand up paddleboarding or SUP in short, is the latest watersport come fitness craze to have hit our waters. It’s a great outdoor activity that can be done with family, friends or on one’s own. Both hardcore athletes and leisure sports buffs can benefit much from SUP as it helps strengthen muscles and tone the body. Generally, it is beneficial for body, mind and soul health.

Mangrove kayaking
Unlike a regular kayaking activity, mangrove kayaking is somewhat special. It provides for an educational eco-adventure experience that piques all your senses. As you paddle slowly along the river and through the mangrove, take in the sight and sounds of flora and fauna, ask questions about the wildlife and learn from your trained nature guide. Along this magical journey where you meander through the pristine natural environment, you’ll discover why mangroves are important to our ecosystem.

Doggie-day Thursdays
Fur-kids need as much love and attention as human children. Similarly, new experiences do wonders for both. So if junior has already experienced kayaking, why not take man’s best friend for a doggie-day-out, river kayaking for a change. Thursdays are reserved for small to medium-sized dogs and their owners but they’ll need to bring along their own pet’s PFD/life vest, dog food and pet insurance.
